BIO

 

Kate Hargrave (b. 1981) is a painter based in Maine. She earned her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2003. For two decades, she developed an introspective practice shaped by raising her children, an experience that continues to inform her work through emerging characters and scenes.
